Also in Copenhagen – in a urban dimension of a European capital that has made environmental sustainability its flag – I obviously saw torn and decomposed advertising posters and other urban signs that I like to capture and document for my art project “Lacer / actions”. Deteriorated posters are mainly placed on barriers erected to protect construction sites. I did not miss them, as well as all the over 150,000 images I have collected so far around the cities of the world.
I think the beautiful Danish city also reveals itself through torn posters which are not always easy to see. You just have to keep the attention and perception high… I have collected interesting and captivating images that are really part of the colors, shapes and moods of the Scandinavian capital.
